If a Recurring Schedule results in a schedule falling on a day where no schedule is required, such as a Bank Holiday, then an exclusion can be added to remove this date from the schedule recurrence. If a different schedule is required on this day instead then use a Schedule Exception.



While Adding a New Schedule or Modifying an Existing Schedule , scroll down to the Recurring Schedule section and select Define Date Exclusions.





The screen expands to show the Exclusion entry section.





Add an exclusion date by clicking in the date box and selecting from the date picker.



Select the + to add the exclusion to the schedule.


To remove an existing exclusion select the delete icon Delete_Icon.png next to the date to be removed.


When all exclusions have been added select  to save the schedule.
