To standardise data entry in Incident Reporting the key data entry fields are managed by drop down selections.


To add a new  value to the field lists navigate to the Incident Settings and select Create_Button.png.


The Create Field screen is displayed.



Select the Field Type you are adding a new value to.


The following Field Types are used in the sections of an Incident record.


Add the Name for the new value associated with this Field Type and select Submit_Button.png to save the new Field value.
