When an account is added to a site, as described in Creating Accounts, the privileges are defined by selecting the appropriate option for that Account on this Site. Account privileges are Site specific so the same Account can have different privileges for each to which Site they have access.
When an account is created the Create Account screen displays the privileges options available.
Enter the email address of the account and assign the appropriate privileges for this account on this site. Select to save account to this site.
NOTE: The available privileges will depend upon the features currently activated for this site.
To modify the privileges of an existing Account select the Modify button next to that Account on the specific Site.
The currently assigned privileges for this account on this site are displayed. Edit the privileges as required and select .
Each privilege enables or disables this Account's access to that area of this Site. The privilege defines the ability to configure that area of the site. It also controls other options such as Notifications, which will only be sent to accounts where privilege for that Notification type have been defined on this site.
All Accounts have the ability to raise Incidents and Work Orders on each site they have access to.
