When a question is answered at a location on a tour, actions can be presented to the user depending on whether the answer was Yes or No.  These define how the user should respond to the situation and can include details such as 'Raise Work Order to Maintenance Department'.

To add an action navigate to the Question on the Location within the Tour and select the drop down option to create an action.

The Create Action screen is displayed.

Select the Event type to indicate whether the action is associated with a Yes answer or a No answer.

Select the Action Type to be performed. Options are Form, Incident, Note, Picture, Task or Work Order.

A Task action instructs the User to carry out an Action which they then indicate to the system that they have completed.

Note and Picture actions will present the User with a screen to capture a picture and record notes to quantify the answer to the question.

If a Form action type is selected, an additional entry box is presented to select the Form that is required to be completed.

For Form, Incident and Work Order action types the user will be redirected to the Form, Incident or Work Order entry process to complete this.  When completed the User will be returned to this Question in the Tour.

Enter the message which will be presented to the user and explains the Action they are required to take in this situation.

If the Action is required before the Tour can be completed, set the Required slider to On.  In this situation the Action must be performed before the Question can be marked as complete and the Location marked as complete.

Action alerts and Notifications can then be configured.

For more information see Configuring Tour Notifications.

When complete select .

Multiple actions can be added to each question.  If further actions need to be added repeat the process above until all actions have been added to this question.

The order of the actions can be controlled by clicking and dragging up or down and dropping the action in the order required.
