Before a device can log in to a site it needs to be registered on that site.

Select the Devices icon within the Site Management section on the Main Site Page.

The Devices page is displayed.  If any devices have already been registered they will be listed here.

To add a new device select .

The create device screen appears.

Enter a Name for the device so it is easily recognizable as more devices are registered at this site.

Enter the phone number, including the international dialling code.

Enter the device Manufacturer, Model Number and Serial Number.

Select  to save the device.

The device will now appear in the list with status of Inactive.

To send the registration code to the device via SMS select the Send Code icon 

Confirm or enter the phone number to send the code is correct then select .

If you cannot or do not wish to send the registration code by SMS you can access the code by selecting the Modify icon .

The device edit screen is displayed including the registration code to enable it to be manually entered on the device.
