Select the Schedules icon from the main site page.






The schedule calendar will be displayed showing this month with all existing schedules for this site.

To add a new schedule select VNEXT___Create.png


The Create Schedule screen is displayed.





Enter a name to uniquely identify this schedule at this site.





Select the Class, Group and Category related to this schedule.



If an appropriate Class, Group or Category does not exist, press the + button to add a new Class, Group or Category.


Enter a Description of the schedule.  This will give the user instructions relating to the schedule.




Select the schedule type.  This can be a Tour, a Form, or a Single schedule without a related item.


If the schedule relates to carrying out a Tour, select type Tour and screen will expand to display an additional drop down box.  Select the Tour to which this schedule relates.



If the schedule relates to the completion of a Customer Form, select type Form and the screen will expand to display an additional drop down box.  Select the Customer Form to which this schedule relates.




If the schedule does not relate to a Tour, select type Single.



Select the Threat Level at which this Schedule is active.  For more details on the use of Threat Levels, see Setting Threat Levels. Any combination of the 5 levels can be selected as required. 




Select the Importance of this schedule.  If more than one schedule is defined for the same period, the schedule with the higher importance will be presented first.




Schedules can be associated with specific Posts and Shifts to control which users they are displayed to.


Enter a Start date by clicking in the start date box and selecting  the date from the date picker.



Enter a Start time by clicking in the start time box and using the time sliders.



Repeat for the End date and Time.


If this is a one time schedule select  to save the schedule.


If this is a recurring schedule tick the Recurring Schedule option and see Adding a Schedule Recurrence.
