To ensure you are notified of important events and actions on your sites, you can turn Notifications on. Notifications are emailed to your account email address and displayed in your Manager 360 account.
You can be notified of events from Customer Forms, Incidents, Schedules, Shifts, Tours and Work Orders.
For all event types except Tours the settings are Global across all sites you have administrative visibility for. For Tour events you can Globally manage the Notification type, but then each Location, Question and Action is configured to define where Notifications are generated, as described in 'Configuring Tour Notifications'.
