Document Centre enables the electronic distribution and tracking of site documentation.


Documents are created in Manager360 and categorised for easy management and sorting.  Each Document can be specified as Required, in which case a signature is recorded to enable auditing of distribution.  Time critical documents can be given a required by date and notifications sent out to managers if members of the distribution have not signed by this date.


Each Document has a file created online using the built in file editor, or uploaded as a Word, Excel, PDF, or image file.  This file is then distributed to a defined member list of Accounts, Users or Departments.
