To categorise activities on the system Incidents, Work Orders, Schedules and Tours are defined with a specific Class, Group and Category.
If there is not a suitable Class, Group and Category combination, you can add a new one.
To add a new Class press the button or the + depending on which area of the system you are in at the time. The Create Class screen appears:
Enter the name of the new Class and press .
To add a new Group press the button or the + depending on which area of the system you are in at the time. The Create Group screen appears:
Select the Class to which the new Group belongs then enter the name of the new Group and press .
To add a new Category press the button or the + depending on which area of the system you are in at the time. The Create Category screen appears:
Select the Class and Group to which the new Category will belong and enter the name of the Category. Categories are also assigned an importance level for further notification and reporting. Select the appropriate Importance level and press .
