To standardise data entry in Incident Reporting the key data entry fields are managed by drop down selections.
To add a new value to the field lists navigate to the Incident Settings and select .
The Create Field screen is displayed.
Select the Field Type you are adding a new value to.
The following Field Types are used in the sections of an Incident record.
- Events
- Agency
- Event Type
- Persons
- Build
- Ethnicity
- Gender
- Hair Colour
- Hair Length
- Hair Style
- Role
- Injuries
- Body Part
- Injury Type
- Vehicles
- Vehicle Type
Add the Name for the new value associated with this Field Type and select to save the new Field value.
