If you have forgotten your password to log in to Manager 360, then on the log in screen select the Forgot password? option.



The Password Recovery screen will be displayed.



Enter the email address you use to log in to Manager 360 and select . You will see a confirmation screen if the email address matches an Account in the Manager360 system.


An email will be sent with instruction on how to reset your password.



Follow the Reset your password link and enter a new password for your account and select .




NOTE:  Passwords are required to follow certain rules to ensure strong security as detailed when you select the password box.


"Passwords must be at least eight characters, contain one number, one lowercase character, one uppercase character and one special character (!@#$%&£^)"



After you have entered a new password you will be returned to the log in screen where you can log in to Manager 360.
