After an Incident has been created, either by a User within Mobile 360 or by an Account within Manager 360, it can be cancelled subject to the Revision Control rules.
To cancel an Incident select the Incidents icon on the Main Site Page.
The Incidents screen will be displayed listing all the Incidents on this site.

Ensure you are cancelling the correct Incident and select .
Cancelled Incidents can be viewed using the Report, Incidents>Cancelled, but they cannot be reinstated.
