Sites are created by Innovative Software 360 when you purchase your licences.


To request a site be added to your Manager 360 environment contact your Innovative Software 360 account manager to discuss.


Please provide the following information.


  • A unique name to identify the new site within your environment.
  • The number of devices to be used at this site.  This number must match or be a constituent portion of the licences purchased.
  • The email address of the primary site administrator.  An account with full administrative permissions will be created on the site with this email address.

Once the site has been created it will appear under 'Sites' in your account login and you will be able to Modify the Site Details and Manage the Site.  

Innovative Software 360 will have no access to the site unless expressly granted by the primary site administrator.
