Accounts define access to the Manager 360 website. Users define access to the Mobile 360 app. Users are created by site accounts with the appropriate privilege.
To create a new User select the Users icon within the Site Management section of the Main Site Page.
The list of users currently assigned to this site will be displayed.
To create a new User select

The Create User screen is displayed.
Enter a unique username which will be used by the user to log on to Mobile 360.
Complete the other details about the user.
Define an initial password for the user. Passwords must follow the Manager 360 strong password rules.
To force the User to change their password select the option 'User must change password'.
When all details have been entered select 
to save the user.
