Incident report - Adding an Injury
Select Injury.
The injury details screen is displayed.
Injury Type and Body Part
Select the appropriate Injury Type and Body Part from the available selections. If there is not a suitable option then your site administrator will need to add new options on Manager360.
Person
Select the Person from the available selections. If no options are available return to the Incident Summary page and add a person to the Incident before returning to the Injury page.
Notes
Add any additional Notes about this Incident Injury. You can be as brief or extensive as required to describe the Incident Injury being reported.
When you have completed all these fields then the Incident Injury can be saved by selecting the 
at the top right of the screen.
The app will return the main Incident summary page.
