Incident report - Adding a vehicle

Select Vehicle.


 The Vehicle details screen is displayed.

 

 

Vehicle Type

Select the appropriate Vehicle Type from the available selections. If there is not a suitable option then your site administrator will need to add new options on Manager360.

 

Vehicle Details

Enter the Vehicle Details as appropriate in each area.

 

Notes

Add any additional Notes about this Incident Vehicle.  You can be as brief or extensive as required to describe the Incident Vehicle being reported.

 

When you have completed all these fields then the Incident Vehicle can be saved by selecting the  at the top right of the screen.

 

The app will return the main Incident summary page.
