Incident report - Submitting the Incident Report

When you have completed all information required for your Incident report, you will need to Submit it.

 

Check the detail you have entered on the Summary page.

 

When you are happy all the details have been entered you can Submit the Incident by selecting the  at the top right of the screen.

 

You are required to sign to Complete the Incident submission.  

 

 

Sign on the screen in the white space then select the  to complete the submission.
