Documents associated with a site are listed on the Documents page.
To modify a distributed document select the document name.
The main document page will displayed.
Before a distributed document can be modified a new version must be created. This is done by selecting the button, top right.
Confirm the document revision on the next page.
A new draft copy of the document is created and all the details can be modified as described in Modify a Draft Document.
Note that if a document is required, then the required date is carried over to the revision draft. If this date is in the past then a new date will need to be entered before the draft can be distributed.
Also when a revision is distributed, all previous signatures captured for this document are considered void and all members of the distribution list will be expected to read and sign for the new revision.
