Forms are configured to match existing or new paper based processes as part of the site configuration. They are used to capture custom data sets for a variety of purposes.
To create an Form , tap the floating 
sign at the bottom right of the Home or Forms pages on Mobile360. The Forms list comprises all the types of Form available to your user on this site. Select the required entry from the list of Forms.
The Form will begin on the next page.
