To maintain consistency of reporting within Schedules categories are restricted as drop down lists.  These are managed as Schedule Settings.


To manage the Schedules Setting lists select the settings icon in the Schedules section on the Main Site Page.



The Schedule settings screen is displayed.


To add a new Class, Group or Category select the Create_Button.png button and refer to the instructions in Adding a New Class, Group or Category.


To modify a Class, Group or Category select Modify_Icon.png.


To delete a Class, Group or Category select Delete_Icon.png.


If you have a standard set of Schedule Settings to be used on multiple sites they can be copied from one site to another by using the Copy Settings feature.
