Settings for Incidents, Schedules, Tours and Work Orders are configured individually for each site. In this way the options can be managed carefully to prevent confusion with unnecessary options being made available.
If you have a standard collection of settings that should be used at more than one site it is possible to Copy Settings between sites.
Copying settings is managed individually for each type of setting, so if you wish to copy Incident Settings but have individual Tour Settings, this is possible.
To Copy Settings navigate to the site where you wish to copy the settings from and select the Settings of the type you wish to copy as described in the appropriate article ( Incidents, Schedules, Tours and Work Orders ).

The Copy Settings screen is displayed.
In the Destination box select the Site to which all the settings are to be copied.
(The list of sites will contain all sites your account has access to manage).

to confirm the copy process.
All the settings of this type will be copied from the Source site to the Destination site. If the Destination site already already contains a setting that matches from the Source site this will not be copied. Settings on the Destination site that are not on the Source site will NOT be removed.
