To maintain consistency of reporting within Work Orders key fields are restricted as drop down lists.  These are managed as Work Order Settings.


To manage the Work Order Setting lists select the settings icon in the Work Orders section on the Main Site Page.



The Work Order settings screen is displayed.



To add a new Class, Group or Category select the Create_Button.png button and refer to the instructions in Adding a New Class, Group or Category.


To modify a Class, Group or Category select Modify_Icon.png.


To delete a Class, Group or Category select Delete_Icon.png.


If you have a standard set of Work Order Settings to be used on multiple sites they can be copied from one site to another by using the Copy Settings feature.
