Incidents can be created either by a User within Mobile360 or by an Account within Manager360.


To add a new Incident in Manager select the Incidents icon on the Main Site Page.



The Incidents screen will be displayed. Any Incidents that have already been created on the site will be listed.



To add a new Incident select .


The Create Incident screen is displayed.



Select the appropriate Class, Group and Category.  If an appropriate Class, Group or Category does not exist, press the + button to add a new Class, Group or Category.  These can also be managed in the Incident Settings.


Select the Location where the Incident occurred.  If the Location does not exist in the drop down list, either press the + button to enter the details of a new Location, or leave the drop down list blank and enter the location as free text in the lower box.


The date and time are pre-filled with the time at which the create button was selected.  If the Incident occurred before this enter the correct date and time here.


Enter a date by clicking in the date box and selecting the date from the date picker. The date can also be entered directly in the text box.

Enter a time by clicking in the time box and using the time picker. The time can also be entered directly in the text box.


 



Enter a Description of the Incident.  This is can be as detailed or brief as required to describe the incident report.  Specific details of Events, Persons, Injuries, Products and Vehicles can be added later so these do not need to be entered in detail in the description. Also supporting Pictures and Documents can be attached once the main details have been recorded.


Select  to save the Incident.


A new Incident record is created on this site and the Incident details screen is displayed.  



From here further details can be added to the report including Documents, Events, Persons, Injuries, Pictures, Products and Vehicles.


As each section is entered the information is saved to the record.


Once all the additional details have been added the Incident can be marked as  as explained under Revision Control.
