If you have Tours that share Locations, Questions and Actions, for example a Day Tour and Night Tour, then to save entering all the detail again it is possible to Copy an existing Tour. This will create a New Tour and copy all Locations, Questions, Actions and Alerts from the source tour to produce a mirror copy.
When Adding a New Tour, instead of selecting 
, from the Tours list select the 
icon next to the Tour to be copied.
The Copy Tour screen is displayed.
Select the Site name in the Destination drop down. To copy to the same Site just select the name from this list.
Enter the Name for the new Tour.
If copying to a new site with different Locations you can configure Location Mapping by selecting the Location from the Destination site that matches the Location from this site. In this way Questions from the source location will be added to the mapped location in the new Tour.
Select 
to create the copy tour.
To make further modifications to the new Tour, find it in the Tours list and select 
to modify and make any changes required, for example rephrasing questions for a Night Tour that are different to a Day Tour.
