After an Incident has been created, either by a User within Mobile 360 or by an Account with Manager 360, additional information can be added to the Incident record, subject to the Revision Control rules.


Person details can be attached to the Incident to record information about those involved with the Incident such as Witnesses or Victims.


With the Incident record screen displayed, either after adding a New Incident, or by Modifying an Incident, scroll down to the Persons section.



If any persons have already been attached they will be listed here.


To add a new Person select .


The Create Person screen is displayed.


Complete the details of the Person by selecting the options from the drop down lists, or filling in the free text where appropriate.  The contents of the drop down lists for Role, Gender, Ethnicity, Build, Hair Style, Hair Length and Hair Colour are all managed in the Incident Settings.


When entering the height either feet and inches or centimetres can be used and the other format will be automatically calculated for you.


Add any Notes relating to this Person in the Notes box.


If the Person suffered any Injuries as a result of this Incident they can be recorded by Adding Injuries to the Incident Record.


Select  to save the Person to the Incident record.


To modify a Person select VNEXT_Modify_Icon.png.


To delete a Person select VNEXT_Delete_Icon.png.
