After an Incident has been created, either by a User within Mobile 360 or by an Account with Manager 360, additional information can be added to the Incident record, subject to the Revision Control rules.
Pictures can be uploaded and attached to the Incident.
With the Incident record screen displayed, either after adding a New Incident, or by Modifying an Incident, scroll down to the Pictures section.
If any Pictures have already been attached they will be displayed here.
To add a new Picture select .
The Upload Picture screen is displayed.
Browse to the picture you wish to upload using the browse icon.
Add any notes relating to this document in the Notes box.
Select to save the picture to the Incident record.
Once uploaded the Pictures will be displayed on the Incident record.
Any notes that were added will be displayed as a pop up tip when the mouse is moved over the image.
To download a Picture move your mouse over the image to reveal the action icons and select .
To view a Picture expanded on screen move your mouse over the image to reveal the action icons and select .
To delete a Picture move your mouse over the image to reveal the action icons and select .
